A sample from "The Fox Behind the Chatterbox":

Samantha James sat down at the desk and grabbed the mouse. With the push of a button, the computer hummed to life and the monitor screen brightened. "Now for a little online fun," she whispered.

Concentrating on the screen, her excitement quickly dimmed as a not-so-good idea nudged its way into her head. Although Samantha knew it was forbidden, the idea tugged at her. "Should I or shouldn't I?" she thought as she looked over her shoulder and into the kitchen. Her mother and younger brother, Zach, sat at the kitchen table studying spelling words.

Samantha was sure no one would notice. But she also knew how wrong it would be. Samantha slumped back in her chair and argued with herself as she recalled last night's family meeting and "the agreement."
